I've been using this knife for a few weeks now. The blade is super sharp and the anti-stick scallops really do help when cutting veggies. The handle is comfortable, but can get a bit slippery when my hands are wet. Also, the cover is a nice touch. For the price, it's a steal.

The knife arrived with a chip on the blade. I tried to use it, but it's not as sharp as advertised. I guess you get what you pay for. Will be returning.

I've used high-end knives, but this one is just as good. It's extremely sharp, cuts straight through vegetables without crushing them. The food doesn't stick much. Plus, the cover protects the blade and my drawer. I even bought one for my son.
