Kitchen Forge is an independent retailer and is not an official affiliate or representative of the brands it carries, including KitchenAid and Totally Bamboo, unless explicitly stated in writing.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to use the site solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not use the site to:

Our product team reviews each listing before it goes live, comparing details against the manufacturer's own materials and, where possible, the physical product. Sizes, materials, and features are checked for accuracy, and listings are updated promptly when new information from the brand becomes available.

Despite our efforts, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed.

5. Pricing and Promotions

All prices on Kitchen Forge are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices can vary for practical reasons, including differences in wholesale costs due to currency exchange rates or raw material changes, seasonal demand, inventory levels, and periodic promotions. Some brands have minimum advertised pricing rules, which we respect to maintain healthy relationships with the brands and fair treatment across retailers.

We operate with a lean e-commerce structure: a focused catalog, targeted marketing, and no physical retail overhead. This allows us to offer competitive everyday pricing. Promotional discounts, such as the FORGE15 coupon (15% off eligible items), are funded from our normal marketing budget rather than from external advertising. By channeling some of that budget directly into customer discounts, we give you an immediate benefit. Promotions are designed to remain sustainable without affecting the integrity of the products or the service we provide.

Our ability to offer attractive prices never comes at the expense of product authenticity or quality. We source only from the authorized supply chain, and every item undergoes the same quality checks before it is shipped, regardless of whether it is purchased at full price or with a discount. The brand's warranty and our own service promises remain identical, because the product is identical.

6. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or discontinuation.
• Pricing or listing errors.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
• Violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

7. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. 8. Shipping and Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard shipping: $8.00 per order.
• Free standard shipping: On orders over $45.00.

Shipping times are estimated at checkout and may vary based on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. 9. Returns and Refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage for products purchased from Kitchen Forge follows the manufacturer's product information and support guidance. Each brand has its own warranty terms, which are identified on the product listing or in the product documentation. We recommend reviewing the manufacturer's warranty information before making a purchase.

We do not extend or modify any manufacturer warranty, and we are not responsible for providing warranty service on behalf of the brands. If you experience a warranty issue, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us for guidance on how to proceed.

11. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

We stand behind the authenticity of every product we sell. We source exclusively from authorized distributors and directly from the brands' approved supply chains. Each product lot can be traced back to its source, and we do not buy from grey-market or unverified sellers. This ensures that every item we list is an authentic, brand-warrantied product.

Quality Controls

Items are inspected when they arrive at our warehouse and again at packing. We check for visible damage, missing parts, and any sign that the product does not match its listing. We also test samples of each batch to ensure they meet basic functional standards. Any item that fails inspection is either corrected or removed from sale.

If You Suspect a Product Is Not Authentic

If you ever have a concern that a product may not be authentic, please contact our quality assurance team. To begin an investigation, please provide:

• Order number and the product name or SKU.
• A description of the concern and how you believe authenticity is affected.
• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any labels or serial numbers.
• Date of delivery and the condition of the packaging upon arrival.

Our Review Process

1. Our quality assurance team reviews your claim against the order details and product source records.
2. We may ask for additional information or photos to complete the investigation.
3. We compare the product with reference samples or factory specifications if necessary.
4. We aim to provide a clear answer within 2 business days of receiving all requested information.
5. If the product is found to be non-authentic, we issue a refund and cover return shipping.

Our Resolution Commitment

Our goal is to resolve every authenticity or quality concern fairly and quickly. We will never ask you to settle for a product you are not confident in. If a mistake happens, we take responsibility and fix it without unnecessary friction. If a product is confirmed to be counterfeit or not genuine, we will make it right—including a full refund of the purchase price and any shipping costs, and we will also cover return shipping if a return is needed.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kitchen Forge website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Blue Anvil Retail, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this site without our prior written consent. Brand names and logos (such as KitchenAid and Totally Bamboo) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other user's use of the site. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, servers, or systems.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Anvil Retail, LLC and Kitchen Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or the purchase of any product. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The merchant location is in Portland, Oregon, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Portland, Oregon.
