This lifter is thin enough to slide under cookies without breaking them. The nylon head is sturdy and the handle is comfortable. I use it for brownies and even fish. Great buy!

It's a great cookie spatula, but I wouldn't use it to lift heavier items like a large casserole. But for cookies and pastries, it's perfect. The nylon doesn't scratch my nonstick pans.
