KitchenAid 3.5 Quart Tilt-Head Flex Edge Beater for KSM3300 Series (KFE35T)

This beater scrapes the sides nicely, so I don't have to stop and scrape. It's sturdy and easy to clean. Big improvement over the traditional paddle.

It does a good job of scraping, but the flex edge doesn't bend as much as I expected. Still, it works well and cuts mixing time. It fits my KSM3300 perfectly.

I bake a lot, and this beater is a lifesaver. It thoroughly mixes and scrapes the bowl, so I get consistent results. The silicone edge is durable. I use it for everything now.
